Our Story

I lived in constant urgency.

Every notification felt important.

Every deadline felt like an emergency.

Even after work ended... my body didn't know it was over.

I left my job expecting to feel free. Instead, I realised something terrifying. My body had forgotten how to slow down.

It took me months to feel like myself again. Then I changed few things and one of them was... I stopped rushing my shower.

 

For twenty quiet minutes, nothing was asking anything from me. No deadlines. No multitasking. Just me. That's when I understood... Sometimes, healing doesn't begin with doing more.

It begins with slowing down. That's why I started FOBO.

Not just to care for your skin but to remind you that your body deserves moments of peace, too.
